Il Tortellino is a family-run business founded in 1973 to produce fresh pasta.

Mr. and Mrs. Oddo Serafico, sons of a long tradition in the field of bread and pasta, were fascinated by the first tortellini and ravioli machines and brought this innovation to Trapani.


At the same time they introduced handmade pasta such as busiate and gnoccoli cavati, couscous that is daily "incocciato" by hand, ancient arts that were disappearing.

Over the years, the business has expanded its offerings to include traditional Trapani pastries and gastronomy. The philosophy of the "tortellino" is a home cooking that respects traditions, carefully chooses fresh local products, works all by hand, does not use preservatives.
